Straightforward Pricing
- $2,500 for 10 appointments
- Large Groups (20+ employees): additional $100 per appointment
- Small Groups (3–5 employees): $100 per appointment
Minimum group size is 6 employees unless billed at small group rate.

Who You’ll Meet: Decision Influencers
Our appointments are scheduled with office managers, HR professionals, and business owners. While they may not always be the final decision maker, they are often the ones who recommend solutions and move conversations forward. Owners are great, but office managers and HR contacts are often the ones who help get deals done for our clients.
Close rates
We have heard of close ratios as little as one in ten and as many as five in ten or more, even with an experienced closer. The average is anywhere from three to five groups per group of ten, though the longer agents follow up, the higher the close rate. Some groups can take a few weeks to close and others more than nine months.

At no extra charge: Don’t forget to market to other local businesses physically near the new appointments we set up– clients tell us these are some of their best new groups! Many of these locations are not highly trafficked by salespeople and are great new prospects.
